What You ll Be Doing:
+ Assess and celebrate learners strengths while crafting personalized action plans.
+ Lead dynamic workshops and provide coaching to boost employability skills.
+ Build strong, encouraging relationships with learners, helping them navigate challenges and embrace opportunities.
+ Connect learners with resources and networks to amplify their success.
+ Track and celebrate learner progress, adapting plans to keep momentum alive.

+ A genuine passion for education and a commitment to guiding learners toward their dreams.
+ Strong communication and coaching skills that inspire confidence.
+ A proactive approach to fostering cultural inclusivity and building partnerships.
+ Desired qualifications include PTTLS/AET or CIAG certification.
