Full Job Description
Due to growth, we're looking for dynamic SME Cross-Sell Executives to join our Manchester-based team here at Virgin Media O2, focusing on acquiring new business from existing customers who don't currently use our mobile services. This will be through both self-generated leads and those provided by the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Demand Generation team. We are looking for you to come in to the office 3 days a week and use a telephony dialling platform. SME Cross Sell Executives create a clear vision of the customer establishing opportunities for sales across the VMO2 portfolio in the Small Medium Enterprise space employees. Always maintaining a consistent focus on customer experience. You will carry a TCV Sales commission target and be measured on total sales and number of new customers signed. In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven ability to manage Performance via KPIs and pipeline management
- Able to example a general understanding of sales techniques and sales cycles
- Able to provide solid evidence to meet and exceed demanding targets
- Proven strong knowledge of the customers, market and product set; Reasonable ability to grasp VMO2B's products on both a commercial and technical basis turning what we offer into a tangible benefit for the customer The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;
