Are you passionate about behaviour change? We have an exciting role available at Smokefree Liverpool as a community development worker to help achieve our commitment to reduce the prevalence of smoking and tackling health inequalities for the people of Liverpool. We are offering a flexible and varied role, training, working as part of a dynamic team, hybrid working and community-based interventions and prevention. Main duties of the job We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will deliver stop smoking advice, complete referral to service and target vulnerable populations within the city.

Providing very brief advise to smokers across a variety of setting the post holder will support referral into service, this will be done via promotional events, GP surgeries and other community venues. If you have good people skills the ability to support and motivate others and work well in a team setting, we would like to hear from you.
