Full Job Description

To provide an effective administrative service to the So Flexi Team and wider Sales Team, assisting to deliver the So Flexi targets for lettings, annual savings reviews, relets and conversion to shared ownership sales, meet all compliance objectives and ensuring the delivery of a consistent customer focused journey. Working as a key part of the So Flexi team supporting the progression of customers from 1st Let through to sale by demonstrating initiative, excellent levels of administration skills and customer service. The role will require you to work closely with the Regional Progression/ SO Flexi Manager, the Regional Head of Sales and other key stakeholders across the business.

  • A history of working in Lettings and Shared Ownership property sales
  • Relationship management with SC, Progression colleague, Lettings and other stakeholders inside and outside of our organisation.
  • Understand the company environment and business landscape and set relevant objectives for the sales team in this regard
  • Knowledge of intermediate housing and private sale products.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of property conveyancing and sales transactions.
  • Ability to apply Attention to details skills whilst handling legal documents
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care.
  • High IT and numeric literacy levels, Disability Confident
