Full Job Description

Social Strategy

  • Inventing the big social idea & hook as part of the wider campaign and media plan working directly with Creative Agency McCann.
  • Identifying the right talent for campaigns (new faces & key VIP drivers) and creating relevant brand tribes.
  • Working alongside the SPBM, responsible for influencer selection, management & input on local shoots & content generated thereafter.
  • Campaigns & Content
  • Own influencer activation & content strategy in line with brand calendar.
  • Be the go-to expert in ALL social channels & formats available, creating relevant & engaging content optimised for each platform
  • Ownership of deliverables: Forecasting and briefing campaigns, creative sign off on all content, building campaign slides to present our great work to wider teams
  • Social Commerce
  • Build TikTok Shop strategy for the brand, identifying top social sellers and aligning activation alongside key calendar moments driven by both NPD and social gems.
  • Responsible for retailer tentpole events including Amazon Prime Day plans and activation - selecting key influencers, products and messaging working alongside the e.com activation team.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
  • Post campaign analysis and best practice sharing internally.
  • Scaling learning agenda across immediate brand team and broader international network.

    A digital native who has their finger on the pulse of modern male culture.
  • A strong creator and communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Obsessed with all things social showing a strong understanding of each platform and awareness for social trends.
  • An ability to balance creativity with analytics & organisational skill.
  • Enjoy building relationships with talent, fostering strong connections.
  • Have strong presentation skills and can present with confidence.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding workplace.

This role is core to our brand structure, setting & managing the digital & advocacy strategy for the UK's n1 male skincare brand across a range of social platforms.
