Full Job Description

The ultimate purpose is to execute campaigns to the highest standard but also be a part of the constant evolution of our product offering, driving the feedback loop between current work and future ideas. You will be a champion of the possibilities of paid social within the business and help upskill wider teams on the potential. You'll be reporting to the Creative Strategy Director - Social & Influencer What you'll be doing… Oversee the daily operations of upcoming Creative commercial paid social projects, encompassing platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage budgets for paid social campaigns by tracking their performance to ensure that measurements are met within the established timelines.

Demonstrate confidence in writing and editing copy for social media creatives independently. Have an interest and commitment to staying informed about the latest trends in the social media landscape, including advancements in paid campaign execution and broader content and creative trends, and to respond swiftly to relevant developments. Conduct quality assessments of provided creative assets and adjust them to align with each brand's tone of voice while following best practices for each platform.   • Copywriting/editing for short form, commercial, social content
  • Proficient in important software Monday.com, Google Analytics, Slack, Google Apps (or equivalent).
  • Work well with many deadlines
  • Advising on media budgets and some experience in media planning is beneficial
  • Experience with Meta pixel, audience building or commerce tools is favourable.

  • The expected range for this role is £26,000 - £35,000. This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
