We provide an effective, accessible, customer-focussed first point of contact service for Adult Social Care. We are looking for someone who shares our values and commitment to improve the lives of our residents with a keen interest to learn and innovate and a commitment to strengths-based practice and prevention. You will provide good quality information and advice on Council and partner services to people contacting the Council via a range of different channels. You will effectively identify known adults, new referrals, and unpaid carers to offer them the best user journey and experience possible.

Richmond & Wandsworth Better Service Partnership are committed to making our recruitment practices as inclusive as possible for everyone. We are committed to promoting equality and diversity and developing a culture that values differences, recognising that employees from a variety of backgrounds bring important and positive contributions to the Councils and can improve the way we deliver services.
