Full Job Description

As a Social Care Assistant / Support Worker, you'll provide vital support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This includes emotional, behavioural, physical, and social challenges, and often a combination of these.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering compassionate, skilled care to clients.

- Acting as a Key Worker, coordinating and updating care plans.

- Communicating with families, friends, and relatives.

- Administering or supervising medication.

- Assisting with household tasks and day-to-day activities.

- Empowering clients to make personal choices and achieve their goals.

- Supporting clients on holidays and ensuring they enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals.

You'll work a mix of early, late, and night shifts on a rotational basis.

Salary: £11.65 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift!
Contract: Permanent - 35, 28, and 21-hour per week contracts available
Shifts: Day, night, and weekend shifts available. Please note, day shift workers are expected to cover some night and weekend shifts.
