Social Care - Personal Assistant

I am an 86-year-old lovely lady with Alzheimer and Diabetes. I love looking at my garden, colouring and drawing. I am looking for cover to join my current PA for a couple of days a week to start (Wednesday and Sunday) and cover for holidays and sickness.

About the role:
You would be helping me with my personal care, some cooking and housework.
I need four visits a day:
8 - 9am - to get me up, washed, showered and dressed. Prepare my breakfast and snacks for the morning.
11.30 - 12noon - lunchtime visit
4.30 - 6.30pm - this time will combine my teatime visit and bedtime visit, leaving some time for help with household chores.
