Full Job Description

You will be working alongside social workers to help Adults with Learning Disabilities lead as full and fulfilling lives as possible.

Your role will involve:
Located within a multi-disciplinary community team you would be supporting adults with learning disabilities and their families and carers to improve their lives.
You would be involved in carrying out assessments, undertaking care reviews and supporting care planning.
You would take part in a duty rota to deal with incidents, safeguarding alerts and information requests.
You would work alongside Social Workers and Health Professionals to protect and promote the interests of vulnerable people.

There are no formal qualifications required but you would need to be keen to work with people.
Have some experience of social care.
Be able to express yourself clearly, verbally and in writing.
Enjoy a job that provides different challenges every day.

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £24,170 to £27,313 per annum., 32 days annual leave
