This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Adult Respite Services Team.

We pay an attractive salary of £19,697 - £21,064 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

As a social care worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to explore new experiences, make informed choices, and achieve their personal goals. Our flexible work schedule accommodates service needs and may include day, evening, night, weekend, and sleep-in shifts, which can vary week to week.

For the role, we ask that you have:

The requirement to achieve a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care within an agreed timescale.
An understanding of the principles that underpin a quality care environment i.e. Privacy, dignity, respect, choice, independence and rights.
Experience with people who require support and assistance with all aspects of personal care, daily living and social skills.
