Full Job Description
We are seeking a new Social Impact Coordinator to support the development of Axis and CLC Group's social impact programme.The role will report into the Head of Social Impact and will support teams across the business, focusing on employment and skills, community projects, and fundraising/sponsorship. This is a vital role to ensure that we're adding value to the communities we serve and improving lives for generations to come.,
- Volunteering: Coordinate Axis and CLC Group's volunteering programme from sourcing through to delivery.
- Fundraising: Organise fundraising events for our charity partners, Demelza Children's Hospice and the Axis Foundation.
- Work Inspiration: Develop relationships with local schools and colleges including the delivery of career talks, workshops and work placements. Help the Recruitment Team facilitate our annual apprentice recruitment programme including sourcing candidates, arranging work placements and carrying out interviews
- Clients: Support Social Value Managers with the delivery and reporting of social value commitments for our clients.
Ability to network, build relationships with, and influence key internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations to small groups.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
