Full Job Description

The team are now looking for a social account manager to help support their social media client team with the day-to-day running of campaigns across their content lead clients. They've got a vast array of clients from huge blue chips to smaller growing names. Lots of well-known consumer names are in the mix. Social Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in creating social first content for clients.
  • Support the Social Media Directors in creating industry leading content.
  • Create impactful hashtags and captions to enhance social media visibility and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate trending themes into content for better audience connection.
  • Tailor hashtags to specific campaigns and trends to maximize reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media developments, and emerging topics that could influence content.
  • Generate innovative concepts that leverage current trends, including memes and pop culture references, to promote products effectively.
  • Develop scripts where necessary.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure cohesion in content strategy and execution.
  • Lead and collaborate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas for campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Co-ordinate projects, adhering to critical timelines.
  • Ensure all creative assets and influencers are on-brand and suitable for ongoing campaigns.
  • Build responses to prospects' briefs and identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new business.

    3-4 years' experience in a Social Media role. Ideally working in a well-known social media agency.
  • Experience within the leisure, fashion/beauty and hospitality sector is desirable. Understanding of TikTok as well as Instagram.
  • Have a proven track record of creating content for brands, and you can demonstrate you're passionate about all things social and content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - including reporting and presenting. Great attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Knowledge of paid social, social media management & influencers. Driven and results orientated.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent people skills with a solution focused outlook. Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus!).
