Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organised, analytical, multifaceted Social Media Executive who can create fashion video content and offer direction in terms of social media strategy. Suitable applicants will be able to elevate the brand to an even more esteemed status whilst staying relevant and engaged with our audience.

Our aim is to grow both Instagram and TikTok and grow brand awareness and engagement with our community. We want to begin to offer more types of content to our audience such as styling advice, and in-depth product videos and get our audience involved in design decisions via BTS IG stories.

Your experience can be from your own personal social media accounts or from working within another brand, but you will need to demonstrate that you have the understanding of how to create viral content across IG and TikTok and how to analyse data to ensure results are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Working alongside our Digital Marketing Manager, PR/ Outreach Manager and Graphic Designer to plan and execute ideas.

  • Working with the wider marketing team, you will be pitching, developing and executing organic social media strategy across all key Social Media channels (Instagram/ Tiktok)

  • Produce and curate engaging Social Media content that aligns with the brand and drives organic growth

  • Support to the growth of TikTok channel and create exciting content informed by current trends and data

  • Create and execute strategic Social Media calendars

  • You will be responsible for planning and posting the content.
