Full Job Description

  • Develop and lead the strategy for our organic social media channels and create campaigns that align.
  • Build and develop a social media content strategy to support the embedding and growth of our new brands.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy that resonate with our B2B audience.
  • Develop a social media calendar for all brands, ensuring key consumer hooks are included and the latest market trends applied.
  • Create and manage our social media playbook for all brands.
  • Monitor and measure performance through key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
  • Foster relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders to amplify our reach and credibility.
  • Keep up to date with industry advances so that our brands are represented by an innovative and engaging activity.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management on social media performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to enhance social media initiatives.

    Skilled with 3+ years experience in social media management or a similar digital role (either in-house or agency).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of the varying social media channels, their best use cases, and differences between their audiences
  • A confident and personable communicator, comfortable working at all levels of our business.
  • Used to managing multiple projects at the same time and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to plan engaging content but also able to react quickly and adapt as necessary.
  • A self-starter with a tenacious attitude.
