We're looking for a talented, driven and discreet Social Media Manager to support a multi award winning fashion brand. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in social media management, particularly within the business and finance sectors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and grow the online presence of a fashion brand.

This role offers flexible working hours and the possibility of being either part-time or full-time, with some of the work conducted remotely. This role offers flexibility in terms of working hours and can be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability and the needs of the role. Weekly remote check-in meetings will be required.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the business online presence
Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, and articles) tailored to each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
Platform Management: Manage and monitor all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to audience engagement.
Audience Engagement: Build and nurture an active and engaged community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and by actively participating in relevant conversations.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, measure success, and optimise future content.
Brand Voice: Maintain the brand voice across all platforms, ensuring that content aligns with his professional image and message.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team or independently to align social media efforts with overall business goals and upcoming events or announcements. Identify and work with collaboration
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the retails sectors, to keep content fresh and relevant.
Paid Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis, to maximise reach and engagement.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the retail sector.
Strong understanding of clothing topics, with the ability to create and curate content that reflects industry insights and trends.
Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality, professional content.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across multiple platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a flexible environment, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the role and the businessman's schedule.
A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative in a remote working environment.
