Are you ready to shape and elevate Haven's social media presence? Haven, recently voted Best UK Travel Provider at The Sun Travel Awards 2024, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social interactions, develop a creative organic strategy, and grow positive engagement with holidaymakers and owners. Use your expertise to craft trend-driven content and build a strong influencer strategy that drives results. Be the voice of Haven, protect our brand reputation, and create a consistent identity across all channels.

Your Opportunity
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Leading small team in developing, implementing and managing the organic social media strategy and influencer strategy, to meet business goals
- Collaborating across functions to ensure great, relevant, on-brand content is produced
- Ensuring community interactions are positive, timely and build brand reputation and consideration, whilst monitoring social sentiment
- Managing the social media agencies, ensuring content strategy is on-brand
- Providing regular reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement, Our people and the teams they form are the backbone of a professional experience with us. We operate a hybrid working model, meaning 50% of your working week will be spent at the office, occasionally on Park, or at external events.
What can you expect during the recruitment process?
The interview process will be up to 3 stages and may contain a presentation or skills test, depending on the role. Please reach out if you need additional support or specific arrangements to enable you to perform to the fullest during this process.

Advanced knowledge of social media - you can demonstrate building and improving brand engagement for a direct-to-consumer brand.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok and social media KPIs
- Hands-on experience of social media best practices and content management
- Experience of supervising more junior team members
- The ability to deliver creative content and come up with fresh ideas

Above all you should be a capable self-starter who can work at pace, someone who takes a sudden change of priority in their stride.
