We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience. - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Analyze social media data and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management
- Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach
- Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus,
