As a Senior Specialist with a focus on Social Media, you will be a key player in the Communications team. Collectively we drive high-impact, fast-moving marketing campaigns that help shape Checkout.com's brand and presence in earned and owned media. You'll thrive in a dynamic, complex B2B, and regulated industry, where you will have the chance to learn the ins and outs of our product, actively contributing to our growth and success. You'll be responsible for owning our social media strategy and its execution while also supporting broader communications efforts across product launches, media relations, and industry analyst engagement. This role calls for a passionate self-starter who loves B2B marketing, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to make a mark on a high-growth fintech company.,

  • Shape social media strategy: Manage our social media presence, develop campaigns that drive engagement, expand our reach, and communicate the heart of our brand to global audiences.
  • Create marketing that moves: Develop bold, compelling content that resonates ensuring our brand stands out.
  • Be a product expert: Dive deep into our products and services to translate complex, technical concepts into relatable, engaging social content.
  • Engage with our community: Respond to comments and messages, deepening relationships and fostering a positive brand image.
  • Work at pace: Deliver high-quality work quickly and efficiently, responding to fast-changing needs while maintaining creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, cross-functional partners, and agency teams to execute cohesive communications strategies that align with our global business objectives.
  • Analyse and iterate: Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Be on top of the latest social media trends and tools, bringing in new and creative tactics to maintain an advantage against the competition

    Proven experience in social media management, PR, or communications, ideally within the Fintech or payments sector - though not a must.
  • A deep passion for B2B marketing, with the ability to engage in complex, regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-quality social media campaigns that drive tangible results.
  • An exceptional writer and storyteller who thrives on making technical content accessible and engaging.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on in execution, eager to make a mark on a high-growth, global company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
