Full Job Description
- Work collaboratively with the Social Value & EDI Leads on our other RDP projects to share best practices, learnings and strategic opportunities.
- Recruit and train STEM Ambassadors, engage with local schools for STEM support and collaborate with Supply Chain partners to meet targets.
- Create, co-ordinate and communicate a Volunteering Days Policy for the A47 project.
- Ensure quarterly input into the NH Social Value Tool and work with the internal data team to create dashboards, report on and coordinate data collection.
- To lead on all delivery of Skanska's EDI commitments, including creating an Inclusion Action Plan.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and our Internal Communications team to communicate all EDI activities and good news stories across the project.
Previous Social Value delivery experience and ideally EDI project delivery experience. - Stakeholder management/cross-functional teamwork experience.
- Leadership and influencing skills, with experience of being customer/client facing.
- Able to manage projects from creation to completion, meeting deadlines and working effectively.
