- Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers. Handle a small, complex caseload. Assessment of risk. Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager. Assist in strategic planning and service delivery. Provide regular supervision and support to team members. Requirements
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE). Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation. Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us
