Joining our Frimley Park Hospital Social Work Team as an Assistant Manager you'll work with professional health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services. As an experienced, qualified Social Worker, you'll handle safeguarding, complex cases and resource allocation, helping adults leaving hospital achieve to the best outcomes.,

• Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers.


• Handle a small, complex caseload.


• Assessment of risk.


• Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager.


• Assist in strategic planning and service delivery.

  Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE).


• Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation.


• Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

  In addition to the £3,000 pro-rata per annum market supplement, we offer:
