An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking Social Worker to join The Northern Learning Disabilities Team. Covering North Norfolk and Broadland our service provides an integrated Health and Social Care approach to assessment and support in the community. About you You will have the skills to work under pressure, be well organised and able to effectively prioritise. You will need to have a positive attitude and enjoy finding creative and innovative solutions. You will need to have excellent communication skills, record keeping and keyboard skills. You should have a commitment to excellent customer service and be confident in strengthening Social Care Practice. You will build strong partnerships with service users and their families, be ambitious about what people can achieve and confidently explore ideas for positive outcomes. If you're a qualified

Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Community Health and Care Trust deliver together a single service for adults with a learning disability. We are an integrated Health and Social care team providing specialist learning disability support to adults in the community. You would be joining an inspiring and dedicated team of Social Care practitioners who are focussed on supporting adults with a Learning Disability to live independent and fulfilling lives. Permanent contract | £28,243 to £31,772 per annum (Scale I/J) | 30 hours per week | Kelling Hospital

Level 1: £28,243 to £29,714 per annum (Scale I)

Level 2: £30,272 to £31,772 per annum (Scale J),
