Social Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and resourceful social workers who will have the ability to respond positively and creatively to the needs of our service users. The North East area of Essex plays home to a number of key partner organisations who we work closely with, including voluntary services, primary care services and therapy providers. Residents of North East Essex are well supported because of the hard work and dedication of our current team members working in conjunction with our North East Essex Alliance Partners., You will work within the Child and Adolescent Inpatient services. Our posts require individuals to think with a positive and forward thinking attitude, putting the needs and safety of our services users at the heart of everything we do. The role offers the ability to have independent professional freedom but also with access to the support and expertise of a multi-disciplinary team.

What is Staff Bank?

Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings. Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.

All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.

If you are joining our Trust in a fixed term role, please indicate on your New Starter Paperwork that you wish to join our staff bank.
