Social Worker

With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you can join the multidisciplinary team at Rhodes Wood in Hatfield which has a strong emphasis on teamwork, and where you will provide care for children and young people with eating disorders . As a Social Worker you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future. Y ou report to the Safeguarding Lead, and will manage internal investigations and liaise with home authorities for service users during their admission and discharging process, while enjoying access to a range of training opportunities that can see your career grow and you achieve your career aspirations. • Referrals to LADO and Local Authority in line with safeguarding and assessments
• Educating Hospital staff about relevant safeguarding matters.
• Completing a full annual social care reassessment within the CPA format.
• Facilitating access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services and associated support services
• Participating in 1:1 supervision
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• HCP registration
• Social Work England registration
• A Social Work degree
• Experience within similar environment
