The Learning Disability Team East - Cover the East Locality of Cheshire East, supporting adults with a learning disability and their family, carers and providers around the Knutsford, Poynton, Disley, Macclesfield and Wilmslow Areas. We work within a range of settings. Looking for an enthusiastic Social Worker with experience to support with all elements of care management.
