Are you passionate about improving the health and wellbeing outcomes for people in Calderdale? Would you be interested in expanding and developing your career in Adult Social care? We want to be innovative and creative in the way we work to deliver our service to our communities and have recently undergone a restructure which will take Adult Services in an exciting direction and want you to be part of these changes that we know are needed. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about adult social care and providing a high-quality service and are keen to develop their professional experience and knowledge. You will be a key part in ensuring our continued success in fulfilling the Council's statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014. The service is committed to helping people to achieve the outcomes that matter to them in their life and the successful applicant will work closely with colleagues to protect an adult's right to live in safely, free from abuse and neglect. The Upper Valley Team, work with people over the age of 18 with a Physical disability and older adults over the age of 65 with a variety of needs. The Upper Valley team, work with individuals, their families, carers and other professionals to uphold Human Rights and outcomes that have a collaborative approach. We have an opportunity for individuals looking to start their Social Care career, joining a supportive team of experienced social workers that are dedicated to strengths-based and outcome-focused practice.
