Social Worker - Children In Care

You can expect : A comprehensive induction, a managed caseload, regular supervision, excellent administrative support and ongoing training. About the Role : The post holder will manage their own caseload that will be primarily made up of Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children and Young people. B&NES are keen to develop the support available to this group of children / young people in the area and would like someone who is passionate, willing to learn and who will take a lead on developing new and exciting ideas for this group of children / young people in our area. You will need to be able to evidence a strong ability to analyse information and formulate outcome focused plans for children and families. Applicants must be confident in writing professional assessments / reports as well as presenting their evidence verbally.
