Social Worker - Children in Care UASC

As an experienced level 1 or level 2 Social Worker working in the Children in Care team you will use your skills, knowledge and experience to manage a range of cases and to be involved in assessments and ongoing interventions, leading on these from start to finish meaning children/young people have consistency of Social Workers You will work closely with other stakeholders to build a brighter future for the children who need our help.

You'll co-work more complex caseloads alongside more experienced Social Workers helping you make the right decisions when it matters most. You will receive monthly formal professional and case supervision; take part in monthly group learning and also participate in monthly team meetings. You will also have the opportunity to complete a fully funded PQ module. Your continued professional development will be as important to us as it is to you, and your learning and development will remain in focus throughout the year, not just during your annual appraisal.
