Social Worker - Fostering (Supported Lodgings)

A vacancy has arisen for a Supported Lodgings Social Worker to join the Fostering Service of Medway Council. This is an exciting time to join the service, and we are seeking a child focused social worker to join us in our improvement journey. This role involves assessing and supporting supported lodgings Carers. It also includes contributing to the recruitment of supported lodgings providers, with involvement in an active recruitment campaign, being responsible for responding to initial enquiries, undertaking initial visits, and co-hosting information sessions. This is an exciting yet challenging and complex area of social work.
