Join our Frimley Park Hospital Social Work Team as a qualified registered Social Worker and work with dedicated health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services and help adults leaving hospital to achieve the best outcomes.,

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, strengths, risks and available support.


• Triage safeguarding referrals and make informed decisions.


• Manage a complex caseload whilst providing supervision for Case Workers and Senior Case Workers and practice advice on complex cases.

  Social Work qualification and registered with Social Work England (SWE).


• A sound understanding of how to apply a strengths-based approach.


• Understanding of social work issues, legal frameworks and social services' statutory duties.
