We are currently looking for new social workers to join the Leaving Care Team. This is a great time to join us and help us continue to improve our standards.

The Leaving Care Team is our team who work with care leavers from the ages of 16 to 25. The team is a mixture of Social Workers and Leaving Care Workers.

You will need to be a team player - working with colleagues in a range of disciplines, sharing knowledge, and providing support and advice to deliver the best possible outcomes for local children and their families.

You will work with the managers, in ensuring the provision of a high quality, cost effective and efficient social work service to children and their families and will also ensure the delivery of the service is within agreed strategic, operational and financial priorities and that it is in accordance with statutory responsibilities, policies and procedures.

You will need to be an experienced social worker with a Social Work England registration.
