Social Worker Recruitment Incentive £3500 (External Candidates only)

We currently have funding for a 16 hour post, this could be split over the week in various ways to suit the right candidate., The successful candidate will:

• provide clinical expertise
• participate in the referral and allocation process
• safeguard vulnerable children and adults
• contribute to case discussions and service related meetings
• manage a caseload
• provide direct support and advice to Service Users (Adults of all ages) and Carers, within the recovery framework

This role attracts a Golden Hello of £3,500 for full time new employees only. So this would be Pro Rata. Our team is based in Hemel Hempstead and provides services to the locality of Dacorum (Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring and surrounding villages). The service operates Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. HPFT has chosen to implement the ASYE to provide excellent support and development in the first year of practice.
