That is why we are now seeking enthusiastic, creative, motivated and forward thinking Social Workers to join us. Based in Plough Lane, Hereford, you will have immediate access to a wide range of knowledge and skills within our established Safeguarding Triage Team and plenty of opportunities for further professional training and development. Safeguarding Social Workers triage all safeguarding concerns to identify if the concern should trigger a Section 42, Care Act Safeguarding Enquiry. The team actively applies Making Safeguarding Personal. Making contact with the customer is a key aspect of the role and provides key evidence for deciding next steps. Working relations with partner agencies are very developed and any new worker will be expected to maintain and extend multi disciplinary working. About You If you are a qualified, Social Work England registered Social Worker, with relevant experience and a strong commitment to personalised and outcome focussed practice, we are keen to welcome you. Ideally you will bring a sound knowledge base about adult social work, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, a developed understanding of social care practice and legislation.
