• Deliver high-quality casework for vulnerable children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including Section 47 enquiries, to identify needs and risks.
• Develop and manage SMART plans for children under CIN, CP, and LAC statuses.
• Uphold professional standards by participating in regular supervision and ensuring best practice.
  
  You must hold a relevant social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England (SWE). With at least 12 months post-qualification experience, you'll need strong assessment skills, the ability to manage caseloads, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
