Full Job Description
We're expanding our specialist pre-birth social work team, recognized by Ofsted for our 'exemplary' practice. For nearly 4 years, we've maintained a stable workforce, delivering top-notch intervention to families in need. Now, we're looking for a passionate social worker to join our mission.,
- Supportive Team Environment: Join a stable team with a manager, assistant manager, 8 social workers, and a child and family worker.
- Manageable Caseload: Handle around 12 cases, focusing on our in-house developed pre-birth model.
- Professional Growth: Benefit from our innovative approach, including the Signs of Safety model and the latest NHS guidance.
Minimum one year's post-qualifying experience (ASYE completion desirable but not essential). - Proven track record in safeguarding and multi-agency working.
- Knowledge of legislation underpinning social work and pre-birth practice.
- Current driving licence and access to a car, or means to mobility support.
