Full Job Description

We currently have a vacancy to cover maternity leave for a Soft Facilities Management Supervisor who would be responsible for the supervision of cleaning and housekeeping services at Withybush General Hospital, and the surrounding community premises in Pembrokeshire.
The hours are - 37.5 hours per week working 5 days out of 7, on a rota, which includes bank holidays and weekends.

The post is demanding and the ideal candidate will have relevant experience of large scale cleaning operations. A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience would be an advantage and willingness to study to this level will be an essential requirement. The successful candidates will be required to work between the hours of 7am and 10pm and the ability to work flexibly as required will be essential., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply., The Health Board is committed to supporting its staff to fully embrace the need for bilingualism thereby enhancing patient and service user experiences.
