Full Job Description
The Porter Supervisor will be responsible for on-site portering, front hall reception, security, mail and waste management., The role will include rota planning, staff monitoring and supporting departmental performance targets in mandatory training and personal development.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with the team and ensure services are maintained across the site.
A flexible approach to working hours is required. Hours of work average 37.5hrs per week over Monday - Friday with the expectation to cover weekends if needed . It may also be necessary to assist the team out of hours, during busy periods.
