Soft Services Supervisor

As a Soft Services Supervisor Supervisor at Sodexo in Avon & Somerset Police HQ You'll supervise cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. You'll interact with your team and our clients daily, and you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet!

What you'll do:

• Support the General Services manager in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring facilities are well maintained and meet all safety and compliance standards.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities operation.


• Lead and manage a team fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.


• Assist in preparing and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. You will be utilising Kronos and E-Profit.


• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.


• Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction,


• Managing the site security team in line with Sodexo site procedures


• Working with the cleaning team, ensuring the operational aspects of the service is adequately covered.


• Working with the catering team, ensuring excellent service delivery
  
  Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed


• Be a team player and take instruction
