Full Job Description

Develop and maintain .NET software products, including both new features and existing systems.
- Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure robust and high-quality code.
- Utilize source control tools, continuous integration servers, and automated deployment tools to manage the development workflow.
- Use issue-tracking software to assign, monitor, and resolve bugs and feature requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
that meet business requirements.
- Perform log analysis on external software systems to identify issues and devise appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as component diagrams and release notes.
- Provide support for applications by addressing incidents and service requests, managing your support queue proactively.

Demonstrated ability to learn and work with multiple programming languages, with strong adaptability to new technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in software development, including a solid foundation in maintaining and troubleshooting .NET applications.
- Proficiency in basic front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of database principles, including SQL queries, stored procedures, transactions, and CRUD operations.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and become proficient in unfamiliar programming languages and frameworks, including domain-specific languages such as LIMS Basic.
- Familiarity with deployment processes on Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing and integration testing practices.
- Strong ability to think independently, work autonomously, and solve problems effectively.

Other Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, for building interactive and scalable user interfaces.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker, for application packaging
and deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, for building
and deploying scalable solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to leverage modern AI technologies to enhance development and debugging efficiency.
- Strong understanding of open-source projects, with a creative and innovative approach to applying and extending them.
