The Integration Developer role encompasses a variety of technology-focused positions within Bupa Group Technology and Information Services. The specific department and responsibilities of a software engineer may differ. The role will involve:
- Conducting technical analysis, specification, and estimation
- Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting software solutions
- Collaborating with business users, third parties, and GTIS colleagues as needed How you'll help us make health happen: You will serve as the technical authority within your domain, whether it is application or technology specific. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and validating technical solutions, designs, and proofs of concept to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Developing and adhering to application delivery design standards, development methodologies, and strategic architecture frameworks.
- Providing input to Infrastructure Design teams regarding overall solution design.
- Ensuring the quality of all deliverables related to software within your domain.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and seeking ways to integrate them for the benefit of the business.
- Understanding business objectives and continuously seeking ways to improve operations, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Experience in multiple service delivery functions, including development, support, software design, or environment configuration. Must possess knowledge and experience in the following technologies: - Web APIs, ASP.NET MVC
- Visual Studio, .NET, C#
- SQL Server
- Azure Development and Deployment
- Azure Cloud Services
- Azure Functions
- Integration Accounts
- Azure Dev ops or TFS
- Different Authentication mechanisms
- REST Principals
- Json

- Templates Should possess one or more of the following desired skills:
- Apigee
- WCF
- Migrating Solutions to Cloud
- Java script
- Ability to translate business goals into technology solutions
- Strong communication skills, good team player
- Experience of working in a matrix managed environment, with mixed teams including contractors and outsourced vendors
