Software Engineer (Leadership) - Managed accounts platform

1. Architect and help build a platform which serves the needs of multiple product use-cases
2. Drive towards and maintain the highest level of system reliability and quality, built on top of Meta consumer infrastructure
3. Drive the team's goals and technical direction to pursue opportunities that make your larger organization more efficient
4. Effectively communicate complex features and systems in detail
5. Understand industry & company-wide trends to help assess & develop new technologies
6. Partner & collaborate with organization leaders to help improve the level of performance of the team & organization
7. Lead long term technical vision and roadmap
8. Partner closely with infrastructure and operations teams to manage successful delivery of the platform's goals

9. Significant experience with building large-scale applications and operating at scale
10. Experience building systems achieving enterprise-grade reliability
11. Experience in driving large cross-functional engineering efforts across multiple teams
12. Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
13. Significant experience in mentoring/influencing experienced engineers
14. Expert level programming experience
