Full Job Description

  • Architect and implement security solutions using security reference architecture and best practices for customers across all market verticals and from SMB, Mid-Market, Public Sector, Enterprise, and Global Accounts.
  • Provide presales technical assistance as well as product training to customers, partners, and sales teams.
  • Represent the company in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant IT security business partners and system integrators.
  • Support the GTM motion for the EMEA geography and execute on sales pipeline on a quarterly/yearly basis.
  • Deliver demos, Proofs-of-Concept (PoC)/Proof of Value (PoV) at the customer, partner locations, or virtually as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to sales teams and clients.
  • Work closely with Lenovo channel partners and their customers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with teams from Sales Teams, Product Management, DevOps, Partner/Channel, Customer Support, Services, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Troubleshoot faulty systems and software and develop plans to resolve issues.
  • Train, certify, and support partner technical engineers on Lenovo ThinkShield Cybersecurity solutions.

    3-5 years proven experience in a technical sales or presales role within the cybersecurity domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security (EDR/XDR/MDR), encryption, and various compliance standards including GDPR, ISO27001, NIST, PCI DSS, Healthcare, NIS2, DORA, etc.. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
  • Understanding or previous experience on UEM applications including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Ivanti patch is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and related technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
