Software Support Apprentice

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us as our Software Support Apprentice, you'll attain and acquire experience and skills in the field whilst undertaking a professional training and development programme. You'll support the ICT team with service desk tickets with a view to resolving issues with both hardware and software, and whilst learning on the job; and you'll work closely with colleagues and provide assistance with any tasks that are associated with the delivery of the ICT strategy.

This apprenticeship role has a broad remit: the post-holder will be given opportunities to learn and acquire skills and experience in a range of functions.

As one of our valued Apprentices, you'll be allocated a work mentor, given comprehensive training, guidance and support and have access to Coastline's internal Apprentice networking group, where Apprentices across the business get together to provide support, share experiences and build personal and professional relationships.

We have one role available and the offer of employment will be subject to successful acceptance on acceptance the college course. This is a 24-month Fixed Term Contract undertaking a Digital Support Technician level 3 Apprenticeship. The course is being run at Cornwall College, St Austell campus which is where you will need to attend one day per week for your studies. You will therefore need the ability to travel to these locations independently.
