Software Trainer

An exciting opportunity to join FM Conway's dynamic and rapidly expanding Business Transformation and Technology Team as a Software Trainer! In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive our system implementations and ensure top-tier systems quality assurance. You'll be at the forefront of supporting our transformative IT projects, empowering teams across the business. This is a full-time, permanent role based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the role will include:

- Designing and developing training materials, manuals and online resources covering SaaS solutions, web and mobile applications including those that have been developed in-house

- Customising training programs to meet the specific needs of the user community

- Conducting training sessions on new and existing software solutions in person and virtually for employees at various levels

- Using the appropriate delivery methods and tools that will suit the user community needs

- Assessing training requirements throughout the business

- Evaluating the effectiveness of training via assessments, surveys and performance metrics

- Continuously improving training programs based on feedback and technological advancements, The FM Conway Business Transformation team are an innovative, hardworking and ambitious area of the business who play a significant role in our technology strategy. We have a broad range of services including AI and Infratech platforms. These are enabled through a strong project portfolio supporting an eclectic user community. You will be working closely with our growing Business Transformation and Technology team including Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Information Security professionals.

You will be an ambitious, passionate and influential Software Trainer with proven experience leading and managing software and digital training. It is important that you have experience training in a classroom and virtual environment. You will have experience using tools for creating eLearning material, such as Adobe Captivate and Steam however, we welcome applications who have used similar training tools. This role will involve travel to other company locations therefore, you must be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence.
