Solicitor

We are looking for a Solicitor to join the South West based, Commercial Dispute Resolution team, with the flexibility of hybrid office and home working.

It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of providing high quality dispute resolution and litigation advice and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as :

• Commercial dispute work


• Contractual disputes between businesses


• Director and shareholder disputes


• Dispute debt recovery cases


• Professional negligence claims


• Mediation and other forms of ADR


• Business Development opportunities


Whilst this role is Swindon office based there is flexibility of work location across our South West offices and there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the CDR team, across the firm .
