Full Job Description
An excellent opportunity to be the senior solicitor for the busy department. Vacancy created by long standing employee relocating.
The candidate will attend to a varied caseload of Wills, LPAs, estate planning and Probate matters.
· Hard working with a friendly and approachable manner
· Quick learning, empathetic and self-motivated
· A knowledge of probate matters, inheritance tax, trusts, and drafting legal documents necessary.
· Technically competent and meticulous
· 3 years PQE minimum
