Full Job Description
- Develop and implement change management strategies for transformation projects with strategic clients.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management practices into overall project plans.
- Implement large-scale change management initiatives to ensure widespread adoption of our software.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design and deliver training programs to prepare client employees for new financial systems and processes.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. - Team-oriented with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of technology/ software industries and processes
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) and tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading large-scale transformation projects, especially in financial environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English & French

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist, who will play a key role in driving transformation initiatives, particularly for our most strategic clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our software.
