Full Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for transformation projects with strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management practices into overall project plans.
  • Implement large-scale change management initiatives to ensure widespread adoption of our software.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Design and deliver training programs to prepare client employees for new financial systems and processes.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of technology/ software industries and processes
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) and tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading large-scale transformation projects, especially in financial environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English & French

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our software. Additionally, you will implement change management strategies at scale, reaching a broad client base and training our internal customer-facing teams to effectively manage change.,
