Full Job Description

  • You will work with customers to find areas of potential operational improvement, identify solutions, and provide customer feedback to Collins teams.
  • You will collaborate with Collins account management team and product teams to ensure the capture of customer requirement and align the Collins technical solution with the business requirements.
  • You will support technical interchange meetings, sales calls, and answer technical questions throughout the sales process to progress/close sales and develop customer relationships.
  • You will deliver product workshops, conduct product demonstrations and training for prospective customers.
  • You will understand the competition in the market to position Collins' value proposition.
  • You will collaborate with Collins program teams to drive unmatched customer satisfaction and establish deep technical account relationships.
  • You will assist marketing team with the development and deployment of sales tools, collateral, and training.
  • You will be expected to travel up to 25%

    Typically requires a University Degree and prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Must have prior experience working in commercial aviation, Ability to effectively showcase and demonstrate products in a customer facing scenario
  • Familiarity with working with engineering and/or flight operations data and the IT applications which drive this
  • Familiarity with airline operations including technical operations, engineering, flight operations and dispatch.
  • Prior experience working across various departments to achieve shared objectives. Prior experience developing training materials
