Solutions Consultant (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

This exciting opportunity within Experian provides consultancy to support pre-sales activities and the design phase of client deliveries of our software solutions across the full credit lifecycle with a specific focus on ID&F.

As a Solutions Consultant you will report directly to the Delivery Manager for Fraud Services.

This is a Hybrid, Nottingham based role.

What will you be doing?

Solutions Consultancy:

• Supporting pre-sales activities by providing product/solution based presentations, product demonstrations and solution expertise in helping to develop prospects.


• Presenting and demonstrating to clients and prospective clients how Experian solutions can solve their business issues and meet their business requirements highlighting the value our solutions provide


• Produce high level solution designs and associated sizing, costing estimates and resource profiles taking into consideration client, market and risk factors


• Providing insight to Solution design impacts to delivery, making recommendations for ease of delivery and support


• Engaging with regional and global Product Management functions to report on product improvement opportunities based on delivery best practice and client feedback
  
  Experience of Business Analysis and Solution Design preferably gained working within a Collections environment


• SQL scripting


• Experience working with high-level partners with complex needs
